Pre-Order items are exclusively designed and produced in limited quantities. Pre-ordering guarantees you receive the item in the size you are wanting. Once we reach the closing date then the preorder items enter production and the ETA count down begins. It does NOT begin from the day you order. 

Estimated time of arrival for pre-order items range from 8-10 weeks on average. There are NO refunds or cancellations if a pre-order runs longer to ship as these are custom made for you! By ordering you agree to these terms.
