Pre-Order items are exclusively designed and produced in limited quantities. Pre-ordering guarantees you receive the item in the size you are wanting.
Once we reach the closing date then the preorder items enter production and the ETA count down begins. It does NOT begin from the day you
order.
** Pre sale items are charged upon checkout as they are custom made for you and produced in limited quantities
directly for you. Estimated arrival times (ETA) are just an estimate not a guaranteed arrival time that we will finish making the product. ETA ranges from 8-10 weeks on average. There are no refunds for taking longer to ship items, by ordering you agree to these terms and agree to wait. Once you check out you are unable to cancel your ORDER
